Hi friends –
Here's a quick look at what I prepped last weekend:
I made:
- Instant Pot Asian Chicken
- Bacon
- Hummus Topping
- Coconut Oil Banana Muffins
- Sweet Potato Bites
- Asian Shrimp Noodle Soup (still perfecting the recipe)
- Veggies
- Pulled Pork (to go in that empty container. It was still cooking)
I've been sick for the past two weeks with a nasty sinus infection so my meals have been a bit lackluster…lots of toast with avocado and egg but i'll be back with more photos next weeek.
