Hi friends!
Here's a look at the food prep I did last weekend:
Even though we were headed out of town late Wednesday, I still did some prep:
- Instant Pot Asian Chicken
- Dairy-Free Lactation Cookies
- Coconut Oil Banana Muffins
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- French Toast Waffles
- Roasted potatoes mixed with sauteed peppers, onion sand chicken sausage
- Carrots
- Sweet Potato Bites
I changed things up for breakfast for hubby and I this week and it was a big hit. Lately we've been having toast (Dave's Killer Bread) topped with smashed avocado, sea salt and a fried egg.
This week I prepped the potato, peppers, onion and sausage mixture and in the mornings I just reheated some, topped it with some scrambled eggs and added avocado and salsa. Boom! 5 minute breakfast that was so so good. For squish I gave him fruit, a french toast waffle I made during food prep and then made him a quick fried egg.
