We're playing catch-up this week so I thought I'd share my prep from the past two weekends!
Two weeks ago I prepped:
- Watermelon
- Spicy Chicken for Spicy Chicken Pitas
- Sweet Potato Protein Cookies
- Lemon Energy Balls
- Lettuce
- Roasted Potatoes
- Carrots
- Sweet Potato Bites
- Extra smoothies frozen in ice cube trays
- Broccoli bites (recipe testing in progress)
- Prune popsicles for the babe
- Turkey Avocado Burgers
Last weekend I prepped:
- Hummus Topper
- Peaches and Cream Oatmeal
- Lettuce
- Steak marinating for kebabs
- Instant Pot Rotisserie Chicken
- Asian Roasted Green Beans – just roasted in the oven and then tossed in some soy sauce, ginger and thai chili sauce
- Instant Pot Asian Chicken
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Carrots
- GF Pumpkin Yogurt Bars
