I've somehow fallen behind on my weekly food prep postings and realized it's been almost a month since I shared one! Sorry about that. Here are my prep sessions from the past few weeks!
4 weeks ago I made:
- Coconut Oil Banana Muffins
- Carrots – sticks for snacking and roasted for the baby
- Roasted red peppers
- Noodles
- Sweet Potato Bites
- Hummus topper
- Grapes
- Lettuce
- Snacking Veggies
- Roasted Green Beans
- Roasted Potatoes
Three weeks ago:
I didn't do a traditional food prep because my parents were here but I did prep a LOT of veggies. I was working on this post about Quick and Easy Vegetable Recipes.
Two weeks ago:
- Pumpkin yogurt bars
- Easy cucumber salad
- Hummus topper
- Sweet potato bites
- Sweet Potato protein cookies
- Snacking veggies
- Salad
- Pasta with ground turkey and pumpkin marinara
- Roasted carrots
- Extra ground turkey for tacos
This past weekend I didn't do a ton of prep, but last night we had cheeseburgers and chicken for dinner and I did make extra burgers and chicken and roasted sweet potatoes and white potatoes. Something is better than nothing!
