For any of my food blogger friends, if you've been looking for a new recipe plugin, I just wanted to share that I switched to Simple Recipe Pro several months ago and have been super happy with it! There's a great team behind it, they're quick to fix any issues you run into and they're also willing to convert everything from your current plugin for you! Check it out here if you're interested (affiliate link).

train like an athlete

My friend Jess just launched an awesome program called "Train Like An Athlete". We've been online friends for several years, both love CrossFit style workouts and often get inspiration from each other when we share our workouts on Instagram. You can follow Jess here.

Full disclosure, she let me check out her newest program for free, but I was considering buying it before she offered. It's perfect for those of you looking for a training plan that includes simple, effective workouts that can be done pretty much anywhere. In fact, all you need to do the workouts is a set of dumbbells!

Although I'm not following the 6-week training plan, I love all the workouts she put together and will be using some of them for inspiration over the next few weeks!

When you buy the program you get 30 workouts (each 20-30 minutes long) so you can do 5 per week, no repeats! Plus my favorite part – a movement demo library! If you're not familiar with one of the movements in a workout, just click the link to that movement in the index and it will take you to a short video of Jess demoing the movement.

Get more info here. (Not an affiliate link…just sharing because I'm proud of her and think it's a great program!)

Enjoy!
