  • 2/3 cup loosely packed sun-dried tomatoes (preferably packaged dry, not in oil*)*
  • 3 cups (360 g) raw walnuts
  • 4 cloves (6 g) garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 heaped Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 heaped Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 heaped Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp (8 g) coconut sugar (omit if avoiding sugar, or sub a little stevia)
  • 1-2 habanero peppers, seeded and chopped (more or less to spice preference // or sub 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, plus more to taste, but this will make the recipe no longer raw)
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • Water as needed (about 1/4 cup)

FOR GARNISH

  • Cilantro
  • Corn Tacos
  • Avocado
  • Radish

Instructions

  1. Add sundried tomatoes to a small bowl and cover with warm water.
